I have a new community for kid-related-issues in NYC, nyckids, and I'd like to post one ad on the NYC for free comm, because ideally, I want to have people posting about a lot of cheap/free things to do with kids in the city. I thought I'd ask the maintainer first, because... well... that's polite.
yes, that sounds fine. unless you are posting in 18 other nyc communities. it gets kind of annoying reading the same thing again and again. otherwise feel free!
Well... The NewYorkers comm, FrugalNYC, and one comm for each boro, if I get permission (except the Bronx, because their comm is inactive...?)
So... maybe I've saturated the market enough :)
I've asked everywhere, just to hedge my bets - if most maintainers say "no, no way", at least I don't have to ask whole new ones and remember whom I've asked before, y'know?
